Overview

The purpose of the Young Adult Development Study is to learn what personal and social factors shape decision-making as youth become young adults. Conducted over five years, this study will look at how different experiences impact youth as they leave high school and transition into adulthood.

This study has received funding from Canada's Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. It has also been reviewed and approved by University of Calgary's Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board (REB22-0294).

University of Calgary

No purchase required. An incentive (Tim Horton's gift card) will be provided to all residents of Canada who legitimately meet the survey eligibility criteria and who complete the Year 2 survey. In addition, there are a total of 15 prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) $100.00 gift card. Contest begins on May 15, 2024 at 8:00 AM MST and ends on August 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM MST. Every eligible participant who completes the Year 2 survey will be entered into the prize draw. Skill testing question required. Open to legal residents of Canada, who are age of majority in their province or territory of residence at time of entry. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received before contest closes. Limit one gift card prize awarded per participant.
